The NetherForm Group team
Three people in our Amsterdam office prepare the client files we work on and the pages on this site, and a second one of them checks every page before it goes live.
Floris Hendriks
Formation and corporate changes lead
Floris assembles the file the notary works from (draft articles, founder identification, the shareholder register) and follows the deed through to the KVK registration and the UBO filing. Floris also registers branches and subsidiaries for foreign parents, prepares share-transfer and change-of-articles files, takes a BV through dissolution, and runs the buyer-side checks when a client buys an existing BV through a notarial share transfer. Business address and virtual office contracts are set up as domicile only.

Sanne Kuipers
Group structuring and tax lead
Sanne maps a group's ownership chain before a Dutch holding BV is placed in it, and models where the participation exemption, a fiscal unity or a treaty applies on the client's facts. Sanne also prepares a holding's corporate income tax return and dividend tax calendar, assembles the substance file (who decides, where, on which records) and drafts the questions a ruling request or a treaty claim must answer, stating the conditions the law sets and leaving the choice of structure to the client.

How a page is prepared and checked
Prepared
One of the three writes the page from the statutes and the authorities' own pages, and keeps the source of every figure alongside it.
Reviewed
A second member of the team, never the author, checks the figures, the wording and the limits of what we offer. Both names appear on the page.
Signed off
A final human read of the whole page, separate from the review, takes place before the page is published.
Updated
Every page shows the date of its last update, and is reviewed again when a figure or a rule it cites changes.
What we are not
- Not advocaten (advocates admitted to the Dutch bar), and we do not appear in court.
- Not notaries: a Dutch civil-law notary (notaris) executes the deed, we prepare the file.
- Not accountants: we keep books and prepare accounts, but never audit or certify them.
- Not a trust office: we do not act as your director or sell companies.
- Not the licence holder: AFM and DNB licences are granted to the applicant.
- No decision of an authority, a bank or a notary is ours to promise.
Every question reaches the team through our contact form and is answered from info@company-formation-in-netherlands.com. None of us has a personal email address or a direct line.
