Client onboarding for your Dutch company
Use this questionnaire to describe the company or group structure you plan: the vehicle, who owns it, who runs it and the services you want from us. A person at NetherForm Group reads every answer during our office hours and replies by the channel you choose, with the next steps and the documents needed. Sending it costs nothing and asks for no documents.

How it works
Three steps, from the questionnaire to the deed or the filing.
- Send the questionnaireYouNo documents and no payment

Send the questionnaire
Tell us about the vehicle, the people behind it and the services you need. No documents and no payment at this stage.
We review and reply
We check what the structure needs and what Dutch law allows us to do for it, then reply with the next steps and our fee on request.
Documents, the notary, the start
Identity and company documents follow through a secure link. A BV, NV, cooperative or foundation is then set up by notarial deed; a branch or partnership is registered with the KVK.

Fields marked * are required. It takes a few minutes; nothing is saved until you send it.
What we will need from you later
Nothing is asked for on this page. Once we have replied, the documents depend on the vehicle, and the requirements are set by the notary, the KVK and the bank, not by us.
What the notary, the KVK and the bank ask for, by vehicle. The list for your case is confirmed after our review.

How we handle your information
Nothing is uploaded or paid on this page. Your answers travel over an encrypted connection, through Cloudflare and Resend, to our mailbox on this domain. Identity and company documents are asked for later, through a secure link, once we know which ones your case needs.
With the form we also record technical data about the visit: the location at city level, the browser and the pages you viewed. We use it to filter abuse and to answer well, as the privacy policy explains. We keep it no longer than the enquiry needs, and you can ask us to erase it. A question before you send? Write to us first.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does sending the questionnaire commit me to anything or cost anything?
No. The questionnaire is an enquiry, and nothing is charged on this page. Once we know the structure, we reply with the next steps and give our fee on request. If you go ahead, invoices are paid later on our payment page. If you would rather ask something first, send us a question instead.
Why can't I choose the business address together with bookkeeping or tax returns?
Under the Wtt 2018, an address supplied together with legal advice or assistance, tax returns, bookkeeping or work on the annual accounts is a trust service that needs a licence from DNB (art. 1, limb b). Doing both for the same client or its group without that licence is prohibited (art. 3(4)(b)). We offer the address on its own.
Can you provide a nominee director or a resident director for my company?
No. Acting as director for a client is a trust service that needs a DNB licence (Wtt 2018, art. 1, limb a), and activities aimed at providing it without one are prohibited too (art. 3(4)(a)). Where a structure needs a director in the Netherlands, we plan it around a person the client appoints.
Why do you ask me to confirm the source of funds?
The notary must identify everyone who appears before them for the first time (art. 39 lid 1 WNA) and carry out client due diligence under the Wwft. Banks may ask for the source of the capital as well. The confirmation tells you this step is coming; the documents themselves are asked for after our reply.
Can the company be formed without my travelling to the Netherlands?
Often, yes. A BV may be formed by electronic notarial deed when the founders are EU nationals (art. 2:175a lid 1 BW). Other founders sign a written power of attorney instead (art. 2:176 lid 1 BW). The notary may still ask a founder to appear in person if identity fraud is suspected.
