A member of our team reads your message in full, with the topic you chose.
We reply by email
You receive our reply with the questions we need answered, or a proposed time to talk.
We talk it through
We discuss the structure on its own facts: where the group sits today, what the Dutch company is for and what it must carry to work.
You receive a written proposal
The proposal sets out the scope, the steps and our fee, quoted for your case. Sending the form costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If you have already decided, you can go straight to our client onboarding questionnaire.
What helps us answer
- Where the founders and the parent company are resident or established.
- What the Dutch company is for: trading, holding, finance, IP, a licence or a permit.
- The activity, and the countries the group sells to.
- Whether a Dutch company already exists, and its KVK number if so.
- The timing you are working to, if there is one.
- Any adviser already involved, so we can work alongside them.
No documents are needed yet: we ask for them once the scope is agreed.
